Evangelist Mary Etta Weston

Mary Etta Weston was born in Victoria, Virginia on June 16, 1944 to Charlie and Gladys D. Hazelwood Robertson.
She received her early education in the public school system of Lunenburg County, Virginia. Mary attended First Baptist Church in Victoria, VA at an early age and she remained faithful to Christ and moved on to Newark NJ, where she joined Greater Abyssinian Baptist Church in Newark NJ.
On August 8, 1964 she married Noah James Weston in Newark, NJ, where they lived and was blessed with two children.
Mary was Ordained and received her Evangelist Ministerial License on August 3, 1997 in Newark NJ. She was employed for 24 years at CHR-ill Patient Care Home Health Service, as a Nurse's Aide until she retired. She also was employed with the Newark Public School System as a Teacher's Aide for 2 years.
Proceeded in death by: Mr. Charlie Lewis Robertson (Father), Mrs. Gladys D. Robertson (Mother), Mr. Noah James Weston (Husband), Mr. Kelvin T. Weston (Only Son), and three brothers: Mr. Charlie Robertson Jr., Mr. Jerry Robertson and Mr. James Robertson.
Left to mourn is her only daughter Mrs. Shirley L. Martin (Ronnie), Long Pond, PA; two brothers: Mr. John Robertson (Martha), of Victoria, VA and Mr. Jackie Robertson (Kim), of Chesterfield, VA; two sisters: Mrs. Rosa Lee Davis, of Victoria, VA and Mrs. Gladys Smith, of Newark, NJ; three grandsons: Jerriel D. Smith, Ronnie A. Martin and Savonte' T. Martin, Long Pond, PA; three granddaughters: Mrs. Ashanyqua Crutchfield (Cory) of Brodnax, VA, Shante' D. Weston of South Hill, VA, and Kesharra Weston, of Puyallup, WA; nineteen great-grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and a host of cousins and friends.
