Radeeka Jermaine Couch Obituary (1988

RaDeeka Jermaine Couch was born March 19, 1988, in Rice, VA to Martha Couch of Petersburg, VA and Henry Bowman of Farmville, VA. He spent his early years in Rice, VA before moving to Kenbridge where he grew up with his grandmother Mildred Stevenson, his mother and siblings. He attended and graduated from Central Public High School. During his time there, he was a passionate athlete, playing both football and basketball. As an adult, RaDeeka passed his passion for sports to his greatest loves, his children. He was a devoted father who was deeply proud of his children's academic and athletic accomplishments. RaDeeka was a man full of life, love, and fun. He had many friends and believed in loyalty. Above all, he was a man who loved his family. RaDeeka is preceded in death by his grandmother, Mildred Stevenson; his grandfather, Robert Stevenson-Harris; and two best friends, Jerrell Tisdale and Darius Moss. He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Martha Couch; father, Henry Bowman; siblings: Geneva Couch Taylor and Michael Taylor, Mark Couch, Qwe-Shawn Couch, Keshawn Ford, Malika Bowman, and Yikima Bowman; children: Maureon Tisdale-Couch, Ra'Jai Couch, Rayonna Couch, Ariyonna Couch, Ta'Maya Hunt, Jayden Banks, Zi'Neeka Couch-Clark, and Adah Couch; godchildren: Makiya Messian, Kamori, Dezha, and Denaysia; nieces and nephews: Je'Kaelia Taylor, Jeremiah Taylor, and Alaya Hardy; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
