Walter Jennings Lee, Jr.

–

Kenbridge, Virginia

Walter "Buck" Jennings Lee, Jr., son of Madeline Rainey Lee and the late Walter Jennings Lee, Sr. was born in South Hill, Virginia on November 8, 1964. God opened his arms and welcomed him into enteral rest on Friday, February 4, 2022, in Henrico, Virginia.
On July 15, 1975, Buck was baptized at New Galilee Baptist Church in Kenbridge, Virginia. After moving to Richmond, Virginia it was difficult to attend regularly but his introduction to our Lord and Savior remained with him always.
Buck's education began in the Lunenburg County public school system before taking the opportunity to work and help his family at an early age. It was this selfless decision that created the amazing work ethic Buck possessed his entire life until health issues made that challenging. He was determined not to let this slow him down and he faced his illness with courage and faith. He had a passion for all things outdoors from fishing, gardening, lawncare to spending time with his beloved dogs. He was a kind and gentle soul with a smile that reached his eyes. Buck was always available to lend a hand when family or friends called. He was a devout Cowboys fan with the man cave to prove it and he never wavered as fan whether they were winning or losing.
He joined Sandra "Niecy" Lee in Holy Matrimony on September 18, 2010. They enjoyed the opportunity to travel when possible and see new places together. Though the time spent together was not nearly long enough the memories created will last forever
